DBS India build leadership skills in two-day training programme
The team based at David Brown Santasalo India recently conducted a two-day training programme for all their site employees. The two days focused on teamwork, employee performance and leadership development, as well as being a great opportunity for our DBS India team to enhance team collaboration. The training took place at the scenic Great Trails Yercaud, Tamil Nadu, approximately 100 miles from our DBS manufacturing facility in Hosur, India.
The program was led by Mr. Dinkar Rao from Grovel Euler Consulting, a renowned professional trainer, recognised for his engaging and insightful approach to corporate training. Mr. Rao covered many topics during the two day sessions, including sales leadership, team collaboration, customer satisfaction and professional growth. This inspired our employees to think diversely, along with learning problem-solving skills and the importance of knowledge sharing, to enhancing skills and building relationships within the team.
