David Brown Santasalo awarded EcoVadis Bronze Sustainability Medal

25.04.2025

We are delighted to share that David Brown Santasalo has been awarded a Bronze Medal by the EcoVadis Sustainability Ratings! This result places DBS among the top 35% percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the past 12 months.

This is an exciting achievement for the business, as we continue on our sustainability journey. In 2024, we became the first company of our kind to have our scope 1 and 2 target ambitions validated by the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), in alignment with the 1.5C trajectory!

The award is based on four main categories including Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement, and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the effective management of sustainability within the business. Thank you to the DBS team members who were involved in achieving this important sustainability rating.

“We are pleased to receive the Ecovadis Bronze Sustainability Rating, which reflects our commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility. We will continue to drive forward positive change and set the highest standards for a better future.”
