New industrial gearbox service centre opened in Tianjin, China!

David Brown Santasalo’s brand new service centre in Tianjin has now officially opened and will support the huge industrial gearbox service and repair opportunity present in China.

Li Zihua, Managing Director - China, explains:

“In 2012 – 2015 alone, approximately $52billion was spent on industrial or high-end gearboxes; all of which will need to be serviced and maintained in the coming years. We have a great opportunity to supply our longstanding gearing expertise to our customers and our new service centre brings us ever more local.”

Our new service centre opened in March 2017 and employs 12 people. It will serve key industries such as power generation, port operations, metals processing, mining and fibre, pulp & paper, where customer responsiveness and fast service are key.
